I am working to increase the surgical accuracy of this laser system, so that people wearing eyeglasses or contacts can have even better naked vision after surgery than their original corrected visual acuity. I expect exicmer laser surgery to become an even more common method of vision correction in the future.

Planning (Coating)
I work to analyze the production process and financial conditions to cope with the customers' request for cost reduction. Always with customer satisfaction in mind, I hope to contribute to the development of various coating technologies that are essential to people’s daily lives.

Production (Lens Edger)
My dream is to provide lens edgers of the finest quality, and satisfy customers worldwide. Therefore, I commit myself to the careful and accurate production of new products. I play on the NIDEK baseball team and strive to promote NIDEK through sports as well.

Production Control
My goal is to change the current production system to eliminate any inefficiencies, giving NIDEK global competitiveness in price. As reasonable prices and high quality are a simultaneous pursuit in today’s competitive climate, I endeavor to find the optimal production system and offer NIDEK products to customers all over the world.

Domestic Sales (Medical Care)
Selling is tough, but I have learned a great deal through communication with doctors and my colleagues who take advantage of their individual skills while on the job. My goal is to establish my own sales style and become able to take an active role in the global business.

Overseas Sales (Coating)
Different from our domestic business, it is extremely appealing to create business in the untapped areas of the overseas market. I hope to establish the NIDEK brand that satisfies customers, quickly coping with the ever-changing needs of the coating industry around the

Distribution (Pharmaceuticals)
Ophthalmic Pharmaceuticals is a new business for NIDEK, and I constantly commit myself to the development of the sales system necessary on a case-by-case basis. I aim to grow with the NIDEK pharmaceutical business and together make lives more and more fulfilling.

Development of a new IOL material is always a puzzle, but I am able to devote myself to experiments and analysis to my full satisfaction at NIDEK. I’d like to see NIDEK IOLs become the global pioneers of the industry to offer a bright tomorrow for all people.
