NIDEK Co., Ltd., a global leader in optical and visioncare diagnostic instrumentation, announced the launch of its highly awaited and innovative auto lensmeter – the NIDEK LM-1200.
The LM-1200’s worldwide launch and release continues to establish NIDEK’s driving focus on pairing together technology, innovation with user-friendly features in contemporary designed instruments. In 2004, NIDEK introduced the highly successful and well-received LM-1000/P and now with the LM-1200, NIDEK further advances its product offering in the area of lensmeter technology and visioncare diagnostics.
The new LM-1200 utilizes advanced and dynamic technologies to provide faster, easier and more accurate measurements of all lens types. Special patented technologies in the LM-1200 allow for easier, faster and highly accurate measurements of progressive power lenses of all types. The LM-1200 brings together enhanced functionalities, improved operability and greater user / product versatility. The newly designed unit also has increased user ergonomics and delivers a streamlined smaller footprint and compact size. Specific features of the LM-1200 include PD (Pupillary Distance) measurement, Addition Power Change Graphs and a new innovative and highly durable color LCD monitor.
